1. Pickup in Surat — free. You collect your box from us in Mota Varachha, Surat. We share the exact address on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.

2. Rapido within Surat — a bike brings your box to your address, usually the same day it is made. The delivery fare is as per Rapido's own rates.

3. Courier across India — we send your box by courier to your address. The courier charge is shown as its own separate line before you place your order. There are no hidden charges.

Every box is made fresh, just for you, for the day you choose when ordering. A pickup order is ready on that day — we message you on WhatsApp when it is. A courier order is handed to the courier company once it is made, and we share the courier receipt with you on WhatsApp.

Within Surat, your box is delivered within 60 to 90 minutes of being ready, by Rapido — on the very day you chose. Pickup orders can be collected the moment we message you that the box is ready.

Courier orders outside Surat are handed to the courier company the same day the box is made, and we send you the courier receipt on WhatsApp. The road time after that is in the courier company's hands, not ours — if it runs late, we chase them together with you.

Dosa papers are thin and crisp by nature. We pack every box carefully and hand it over in perfect condition, but parcels can be thrown or crushed in courier transit, and that risk is yours — there is no refund or replacement for transit damage. 1. સુરતમાં જાતે લેવા — મફત. તમે તમારું બોક્સ મોટા વરાછા, સુરતથી લઈ જાઓ. ઓર્ડર નક્કી થાય ત્યારે અમે સરનામું WhatsApp પર મોકલીએ છીએ.

2. સુરતમાં Rapido — બાઇક તમારું બોક્સ તમારા સરનામે લાવે છે, મોટા ભાગે એ જ દિવસે. ડિલિવરી ભાડું Rapido ના પોતાના દર પ્રમાણે.

3. આખા ભારતમાં કુરિયર — અમે તમારું બોક્સ કુરિયરથી મોકલીએ છીએ. કુરિયર ચાર્જ ઓર્ડર કરતા પહેલાં અલગ લાઈનમાં દેખાય છે. કોઈ છુપા ચાર્જ નથી.

દરેક બોક્સ ફક્ત તમારા માટે, તમે પસંદ કરેલા દિવસે તાજું બનાવાય છે. જાતે લેવાનો ઓર્ડર એ દિવસે તૈયાર હોય છે — તૈયાર થાય એટલે અમે WhatsApp પર જણાવીએ છીએ. કુરિયરનો ઓર્ડર બન્યા પછી કુરિયર કંપનીને અપાય છે, અને કુરિયરની રસીદ અમે તમને WhatsApp પર મોકલીએ છીએ.

સુરતમાં, બોક્સ તૈયાર થયા પછી 60 થી 90 મિનિટમાં Rapido થી તમારા સરનામે પહોંચે છે — તમે પસંદ કરેલા એ જ દિવસે. જાતે લેવાનો ઓર્ડર, બોક્સ તૈયાર છે એવો મેસેજ મળે એટલે તરત લઈ જઈ શકાય.

સુરત બહારના કુરિયર ઓર્ડર બોક્સ બન્યા એ જ દિવસે કુરિયર કંપનીને અપાય છે, અને કુરિયરની રસીદ અમે WhatsApp પર મોકલીએ છીએ. એ પછીનો રસ્તાનો સમય કુરિયર કંપનીના હાથમાં છે, અમારા નહીં — મોડું થાય તો અમે તમારી સાથે મળીને પૂછપરછ કરીએ છીએ.

ઢોસા પેપર સ્વભાવે જ પાતળા અને ક્રિસ્પી હોય છે. અમે દરેક બોક્સ કાળજીથી પેક કરીને સરસ હાલતમાં જ આપીએ છીએ, પણ કુરિયરમાં પાર્સલ ફેંકાય કે દબાય શકે છે, અને એ જોખમ તમારું છે — રસ્તામાં તૂટેલા માટે કોઈ રિફંડ કે બદલી નથી. તૂટવાનું જોખમ જ ન જોઈએ તો સુરતમાં જાતે લેવા આવો અથવા Rapido પસંદ કરો. પૂરી વિગત અમારી રિફંડ નીતિમાં છે.

જો તમારું બોક્સ ક્યારેય ન જ પહોંચે, તો અમને જણાવો અને તમારા પૈસા પાછા મળશે — જે વસ્તુ મળી જ નથી એના પૈસા ન જ લેવાય.
